"I can’t believe it—Lilia from State Farm got me four insurance policies for less than I was paying for just one policy with another company!

She was absolutely amazing—super sweet while still being professional, and she made getting new insurance feel so much less scary, lol. She explained everything in a way that actually made sense to me, and she even explained everything in Spanish for my grandma way better than I ever could have. "Today (6/27), I called at 3:33 p.m. to add insurance for a second vehicle. I was told someone would call me back, and I explained that was fine, but I needed to speak with someone before the end of the day since the office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

By 4:30 p.m., I still hadn’t received a call, so I called again. I explained that no one had called me back and wanted to make sure I could speak with someone before they closed. Once again, I was assured that someone would call me before the end of the day.

The office is now closed, and no one ever called me. This level of customer service is very unprofessional and disappointing. If this is how existing customers are treated, it may be time for me to start looking for another insurance company."

"Have been calling their office to find out if all the e-mail that I was receiving were legit, because they where wanting picture of my house called office to see if they where legit was told someone would call me to let me know NOONE ever called back. Then I started to receive back to back on a Saturday called there office , ( I know that there office would be closed spoke to after hour call center spoke to someone to please asked them to give me a call back.) Never received a call back. Now on a random Monday evening have someone outside my house taking pictures of my house says he was sent to take picture of my house provided some information asked him to ask them to give me a call to let me know what was it for said he would put notes. Still have not received a call."
